Community groups that want to apply for community design / planning assistance from the Hamer Center for Community Design need to complete the following three steps:

1. Read through the Community Eligibility Form. If your community project meets all specified eligibility requirements, you are invited to apply for assistance from the Hamer Center for Community Design. Before work can start on the project a memorandum of understanding (MOU) will need to be signed by both parties. A typical MOU can be viewed here.

2. Fill in the Initial Request for Assistance (IRA).   

3. Email the completed IRA to our Administrative Assistant, Barbara Cutler, at bac31@psu.edu.
